Nov 20, 2018 - Apple Cuts Down On Production of iPhone XR, XS and XS Max to Adjust With Lower than Expected Demand
New York-based The Wall Street Journal has come up with a new report claiming Apple has cut production orders for all three of its 2018 iPhone models namely: the iPhone XR, iPhone XS and the iPhone XS Max. The decision was taken in the wake of a lower than expected demand for the new models. The lowest-priced sibling among the three latest devices; the iPhone XR which is more popular than the other two devices also failed to impress consumers on a larger scale. Initially 70 million iPhone XR units was planned to be manufactured between September and February. That number has now been cut down by one-third.

Samsung released a teaser of its first revolutionary foldable phone during its annual developer conference 2018. It will probably be called Galaxy X or Galaxy F. According to analysts the first foldable phone from Samsung will cost a bomb. As per estimates, the starting price will be a whopping 2 million won which converts to about $1,770 (roughly INR 1,26,298). It is even over the price of the iPhone XS Max that starts in India at INR 109,900. The initial unveiling at the conference reveal the screen on the top side is a 4.58-inch one, while fully open, the AMOLED screen extends to 7.3 inches.
